QA Lead / Manage

🔹 Experience:
✔ 8+ years in QA / Software Development
✔ 3+ years in leadership roles

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead / Manager to join our team and drive quality excellence across Amelia Delivery projects. If you are passionate about automation, leadership, and cutting-edge AI-driven systems, this role is for you!

✔ Lead day-to-day QA execution across multiple delivery initiatives
✔ Mentor and guide automation & manual QA engineers
✔ Drive QA processes, standards, and continuous improvement
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality releases
✔ Track QA metrics and ensure delivery excellence
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript, Python
✅ Solid knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium – good to have)
✅ Experience in Prompt Engineering (Automation / QA roles)
✅ Understanding of IVA / IVR testing (Conversational AI systems)
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, SDLC, Microservices architecture
