QA Engineer

Job Summary:
Looking for a strong Manual QA Engineer with some Automation experience to validate end-to-end retail business workflows across Digital, Store Operations, and Corporate systems. Retail store operations experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform end-to-end manual testing across POS, inventory, order fulfillment, and store systems (70%)

·        Design and execute test cases covering complete item lifecycle

·        Identify gaps, defects, and provide accurate test status

·        Contribute to automation testing using existing frameworks (30%)

Must Have:

·        Strong manual QA experience in complex systems

·        Retail domain experience (POS / Inventory / Store Operations)

·        End-to-end testing expertise and strong business understanding

·        Excellent communication and onsite availability

Nice to Have:

·        Automation tools: Selenium / Appium / Cypress

·        React-based apps, AWS basics

Notes:

·        Onsite role due to physical POS/mobile devices

·        Automation is a future expectation
