QA Analyst

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute manual test cases for ATM applications and upgrades
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Validate transactions, UI flows, and error scenarios
• Document test results and maintain test evidence
• Log and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM
• Perform defect retesting and support post-deployment validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality releases

🔹 Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in QA/manual testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Expertise in test case design and defect lifecycle
• Proven experience in manual test execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or ALM

🔹 Essential Skills:
• Manual Testing & Test Management
• Defect Lifecycle Management
• Data Quality Management (DQM)
• Strong Communication & Analytical Skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:
• ATM application testing experience
• Exposure to Automation Testing tools/frameworks
