Python Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Python Full-Stack Lead Developer (7+ years) to lead a team of 11–12 engineers and drive scalable product development.
🔹 Backend: Django / FastAPI, Microservices, REST / GraphQL, PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB, System Design
🔹 Frontend: React or Angular, State Management, Performance Optimization
🔹 DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS or Azure
🔹 Leadership: Team handling, Code Reviews, Client Interaction, Sprint Planning (Agile)
