Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer (Azure Databricks)

Location: Charlotte, NC
 

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Core Python and modern web frameworks. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SQL, data processing, and Azure Databricks, along with exposure to frontend technologies and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy scalable applications using Core Python.

Design and build backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and processing.

Work with Azure Databricks (PySpark, notebooks, workflows, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).

Integrate applications with Azure cloud services (Functions, App Services, Containers, etc.).

Collaborate on frontend components using JavaScript (React preferred).

Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.

Build data pipelines and workflows using ADF / Databricks workflows.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Python development (hands-on coding)

Strong expertise in Core Python, PySpark, and SQL

Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI

Solid understanding of Azure Databricks ecosystem

Experience with Azure services (ADF, Functions, ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, etc.)

Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system design principles

Experience with Git / Azure DevOps

Nice to Have:

Experience with React.js or other frontend frameworks

Knowledge of Financial Services / Risk Management domain

Exposure to Power BI and dashboard integrations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on developer (not just support/maintenance)

Proven ability to build applications from scratch

Good system design and architecture skills

Recent and active coding experience in Python & SQL
