About the Role: 

We’re hiring a senior, hands-on Developer to support and enhance a Numerix-based platform used daily by the business (preferred experience: Numerix Oneview). This is a highly visible role where you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues impacting outputs/results, and drive improvements across Python and Java services and underlying data (SQL).

You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and work alongside an offshore delivery team—so strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving are critical.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support and enhance solutions that interact with Numerix (data in, outputs out)—investigate discrepancies and drive resolution. 

• Build and modify components using Python, and contribute to services built on Java / Spring Boot. 

• Use SQL to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause analysis. 

• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and translate them into technical fixes. 

• Coordinate with an offshore team and help guide work execution, quality, and prioritization. 

• Engage product/vendor support when needed—bring clear technical context and help triage to resolution. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong hands-on development skills in: 

Python 

Java (Spring / Spring Boot) 

SQL 

• Experience in production support / troubleshooting environments (you enjoy debugging and getting to root cause). 

• Excellent communication—able to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Numerix Oneview experience (ideal). 

• If no Numerix: background in capital markets / financial services platforms or data-driven financial systems.
