Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with AWS expertise and a strong background in the Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable data-driven applications, supporting clinical/research data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Python-based applications
• Design and implement scalable solutions using AWS services
• Work with large datasets, including clinical or pharmaceutical data
• Build and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, GxP, HIPAA where applicable)
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement best practices in code quality, security, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Glue)
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
