Psoc DevOps Engineer

Position: PSOC DevOps Engineer  
Work Type: Onsite, C2C  
Location: Downtown Dallas  

### Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in application development and administration of Lenel OnGuard and Genetec platforms  
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Lenel OnGuard and Genetec applications  
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server/system administration  
- Experience managing and resolving issues using JIRA ticketing system  
- Ability to configure and manage physical security tools based on business requirements  
- Experience creating and maintaining runbook documentation, including:
 - Application details  
 - Server information  
 - Vendor recommended vs. actual configurations  
- Ability to act as a primary point of contact for physical security application support  
- Strong knowledge of patching, upgrades, and resource management for physical security applications  
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal physical security teams and external vendors  
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders  
- Willingness to perform additional duties related to physical security applications as required by leadership
