Project Scheduler

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain schedules across multiple pharma projects 
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Collaborate with project teams and portfolio leadership
• Provide reporting and insights on risks, delays, and resource impacts
• Ensure schedule accuracy using Primavera P6 and Smartsheet

✅ What You Bring:
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and Smartsheet
• Proven ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
• Pharma project experience (required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
