Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a PMP certification and strong background in handling state/government projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in managing large-scale IT initiatives and working with public sector stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for state/government clients
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status reports and executive-level updates
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and standards
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder discussions
• Drive process improvements and project governance best practices

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management
• PMP Certification – Mandatory
• Strong experience with State/Government clients
• Expertise in:
  • Project planning and execution
  • Risk and issue management
  • Stakeholder communication
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
