Project Manager

Required Qualifications

* 12+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience
* Proven leadership of application integration programs during mergers or acquisitions
* Strong experience managing custom software development initiatives
* Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models)
* Experience managing complex technical workstreams including APIs, microservices, data services, and cloud-native applications
* Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and business leadership
* Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and multi-team delivery schedules
* Willingness and ability to travel to Houston, Chicago, Green Bay, and Baltimore
