Project Manager

What You’ll Do
✔ Act as the primary EHSS representative for assigned projects, providing safety engineering reviews at all design stages
✔ Conduct assessments of process safety procedures, industrial safety practices, equipment, and operator training
✔ Review project documents including process diagrams, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and design drawings
✔ Lead high-hazard risk assessments using What-If, HAZOP, and FMEA methodologies
✔ Drive proactive process improvements and support technical safety programs
✔ Ensure compliance with EHSS programs such as Machine Safety, Lock Out/Tag Out, Electrical Safety, Process Safety Management, and Pressure Safety

🎯 What You Bring
🔹 Degree in safety, industrial hygiene, chemical/mechanical engineering, chemistry, biology, or related life sciences
🔹 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry implementing industrial and safety programs
🔹 Strong understanding of design, project engineering, and risk assessment processes
🔹 Knowledge of regulations as they pertain to pharma/biotech operations
🔹 Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
