Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead and deliver Asset Management–related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions. This role involves planning, executing, and governing projects across:

• Sales, Marketing & Distribution
• Investment Operations
• Regulatory Change
• Technology Transformation

The PM will coordinate closely with Business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Drive stakeholder communication and governance reporting
• Coordinate with global delivery teams and third-party vendors
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions
• Manage regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

Agile / Methodology Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience facilitating:

• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
