Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the manufacturing site
Own scheduling, readiness checks, material alignment, and timeline adherence
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of fill-finish activities
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
Manage client communication from a CDMO perspective
Operate independently while providing transparent updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
~10 years of relevant experience
Background in the pharmaceutical industry (required)
Fill-finish experience (preferred)
PMP certification (a plus)
Strong client-facing communication and senior-level presence
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with clients in a CDMO environment.
