💼 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Drive business analysis & document current (as-is) and future state processes
📊 Define project scope, roadmap & support high-level analysis
🧩 Create workflow diagrams & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
📁 Manage project documentation (BRDs, test scripts, plans, etc.)
📈 Own project execution, reporting & portfolio impact assessment
🛠️ Manage tools for team alignment & communication
🤝 Lead cross-functional initiatives within Sales
🧪 Oversee end-to-end UAT (test scripts, execution, triage, issue resolution)
⚠️ Track risks, dependencies, issues & mitigation plans
🔥 Step into critical delivery roles when needed
🎯 Support training, onboarding, workshops & organizational initiatives
📉 Use data-driven insights for process improvement & root cause analysis
