Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management
• Own end to end project delivery for Oracle EBS R12 engagements.
• Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, effort, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with TCS delivery models (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid).
• Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Ensure on time completion of SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as single point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Conduct status reviews, governance meetings, and steering committee updates.
• Manage client expectations, change requests, and escalations.
• Oracle EBS R12 Oversight
• Provide delivery oversight across Oracle R12 modules:
• Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
• SCM / Manufacturing: PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM, Shipping, Costing Coordinate with Functional, Technical, DBA, Testing, and Integration teams.
• Ensure quality delivery of RICEW objects, data migrations, interfaces, and reports.
• Oversee Oracle SR management and coordination with Oracle Support.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure preparation and maintenance of project documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD, Test Plans, Cutover Plans).
• Enforce change control, configuration management, and audit compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Competency Requirements

• Technical / Domain Competencies
• Strong understanding of Oracle E Business Suite R12 architecture.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and/or SCM modules.
• Awareness of RICEW components, integrations, and data migration concepts.
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM / OUM methodologies.
• Project Management Competencies
• Expertise in planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Proficient in MS Project,  ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Behavioral Competencies

Experience & Qualification

• Overall Experience: 8–15 years in IT / ERP delivery.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years managing Oracle EBS R12 projects.
• Hands on experience in implementation / upgrade / rollout
