We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise document management and automation initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing document workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy through AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and RPA-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will assess current document processes across multiple intake channels, identify inefficiencies, and drive transformation using intelligent automation and enterprise content management (ECM/EDMS) platforms. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in document and content management, ensuring documents are accurately classified, routed, and stored in compliance with regulatory standards. This role also involves leading document management teams, establishing governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics, and implementing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with tools such as RightFax, Kofax, and enterprise ECM platforms is highly preferred. A strong background in AI/ML-enabled document automation and RPA tools is essential to streamline document classification, data extraction, and workflow routing while improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

📌 Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in Document, Content, and Records Management
Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proven track record in AI/ML-driven document automation and intelligent document processing
Strong experience with RPA tools and workflow automation platforms
Good understanding of OCR, NLP, document classification, and data extraction technologies
Preferred certifications:
PMP
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
CIP or CRM
