Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare domain to lead and deliver complex projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with the ability to work with data-driven teams using SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle
• Manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
• Utilize SQL to support data analysis and reporting needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management
• Strong experience in healthcare domain (payer/provider preferred)
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis/reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
