Minimum Qualifications
MQ1 – Minimum 3 years of experience in the last 6 years managing medium or large, similarly complex IT projects, covering end-to-end project management responsibilities including leading technical staff, planning and executing deliverables, managing schedules and budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating project meetings, providing coaching/mentorship, and supporting knowledge transfer.
MQ2 – State of California Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the last 3 years managing a State of California IT project involving application enhancement development
MQ3 – Agile Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the last 3 years managing a project using Agile methodology.
MQ4 – PMP Certification
Desirable Qualifications
DQ1: 3+ years of experience in the last 10 years providing project management consultative services to a State of California Department.
