Job Title: Project Manager – Banking Domain

Location: New Jersey (Local Candidates Only)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the banking domain to lead and deliver high-impact financial services projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery within the banking/financial domain
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall ceremonies based on project needs
• Provide regular status reports to senior leadership

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Knowledge of core banking systems, payments, lending, or regulatory projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
