Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage resources and assign responsibilities.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, business).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Experience with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification (from Project Management Institute) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum Master or Product Owner exposure).
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
• Experience in relevant industry (IT, construction, healthcare, etc.).
