Project Manager

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Certified Scrum Master is a plus)
• Experience managing IT or software development projects
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
