Project Manager

Core Technologies: Requires a strong understanding of JD Edwards (ERP), IBM AS/400 (Legacy), and Salesforce (CRM), as well as experience with integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and APIs.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, encompassing scope definition, resource planning, risk mitigation, and ensuring seamless data flows across various platforms.
Project Methodologies: Demands proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to manage budgeting, estimation, and large, distributed, cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is preferred) and ideally possess industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Soft Skills: Requires excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead effectively under pressure during critical project phases
