Project Manager

• Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
• Identify and resolve issues or blockers
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification
• Experience in IT/software development projects
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Knowledge of risk management and change management practices
