Location: Plano, TX – 3 days onsite per week

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong Blue Yonder (BY) WMS experience to lead integration activities for a BY WMS transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong BY WMS 2023 knowledge and experience managing complex integrations between BY WMS, legacy applications, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall BY WMS transformation and integration activities between BY WMS, legacy systems, and ERP platforms.
• Work closely with SI partners, Blue Yonder teams, and customer teams on day-to-day project activities.
• Jointly plan, coordinate, and track project deliverables across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to identify and resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Conduct effective weekly project status meetings and provide clear visibility into project progress.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively identify project risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Blue Yonder WMS, preferably BY WMS 2023.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Integration PM in WMS transformation projects.
• Experience managing integrations between BY WMS, ERP, and legacy systems.
• Experience working with multiple SI partners, vendors, and customer teams.
• Strong project planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive teams toward deliverables.
