Project Manager - Ibm

• Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and quality standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as required
• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 7–12+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT or consulting projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
