Project Manager – Five9 & AWS
Location: Dallas, TX - Remote
Contract: 12+ Months

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Five9 Contact Center solutions and AWS cloud technologies to lead customer-facing implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Five9 implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and vendors.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee cloud-based contact center solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience in IT.
• Hands-on experience managing Five9 Contact Center projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Experience with AWS services such as:
• Amazon Connect (preferred)
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon S3
• Amazon API Gateway
• Amazon CloudWatch
• AWS IAM
• Amazon Lex (preferred)
• Amazon Connect integrations
• Experience integrating Five9 with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS Certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementation experience.
• Cloud migration projects.
• Omnichannel customer experience platforms.
• Workforce Optimization (WFO) and IVR implementations.
