We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of in-house executive and operational dashboards. This strategic initiative supports KPI monitoring and operational reporting aligned with the OHPAC Wave 1 migration, with a focus on evaluating revenue cycle performance during the transition period.


Project Scope
Lead end-to-end delivery of executive and operational dashboards
Enable ongoing KPI monitoring and reporting capabilities
Oversee implementation of tools to assess revenue cycle health
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT


Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Manage project budget and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, analytics, business)
Establish governance framework and reporting cadence
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for leadership and stakeholders
Lead requirements gathering sessions with finance and revenue cycle teams
Communicate status, risks, and issues effectively
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
