Project Overview: Manage the planning and Implementation of a Sample Manager application  [ LMS] for the CRG Trialmed business.
Manage the planning and implementation of ECG/Telemetry equipment and solutions at US and Prague clinics.

Role Scope / Deliverables: Understand the scope and deliverables of each project
Drive the planning and schedule maintenance of all components of the projects with the vendor and business teams.
Provide regular updates to the team and steering committee. Provide timely escalations and drive resolution of any risks and issues.
Maintain the PPM system with all project data.
Track the budget and forecast for the projects in a timely manner.
Manage change controls and get those through approvals.
Ensure compliance with CRG SOP's and GXP deliverables and documentation.
