Programmer Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document reporting and data extract requirements from business stakeholders
Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to load data into Snowflake
Support development of Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards
Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems
Troubleshoot data issues across source systems, Snowflake, and reporting layers
Document data flows, system dependencies, and technical processes
Collaborate with data engineers and architects on data modeling and schema design

Required Skills:
Snowflake experience (SQL, data loading, transformations)
ETL/ELT and data pipeline development
Power BI reporting and data modeling
Experience analyzing complex data flows and troubleshooting data issues
Strong experience in data requirements gathering and documentation
