Required / Desired Skills
5 Required Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and cross-agency coordination
5 Required Expertise in health IT, health services, and health policy; experience with clinical data in a Health Information Exchange context preferred
5 Required Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
5 Required Advanced knowledge of procurement, vendor oversight, and contract negotiation
5 Required Ability to develop KPIs and continuous quality improvement processes
2 Required Familiarity with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements
