Program Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage project/program execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables
✔ Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams
✔ Drive integration, testing, and business sign-off across 5–15 teams
✔ Work closely with technical leads on requirements, planning, and Azure DevOps/Jira tracking
✔ Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates
✔ Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
✔ Ensure successful delivery within CAT’s established processes
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 8–10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
✅ Strong experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
✅ Knowledge of SDLC and backend software/data/API projects
✅ Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
✅ Strong experience with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint & Teams
✅ Ability to work independently and drive execution
🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ PMP / Scrum Master Certification
⭐ AWS knowledge or certification
⭐ Experience with Power BI or BI Publisher
