Program Manager

• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party coordination when required
• Ensure successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional and enterprise-level initiatives
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
• Experience managing technology or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Experience in stakeholder and executive management
