Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of related projects (programs)
• Define program goals, strategy, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and company vision
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Track program performance (KPIs, timelines, budgets)
• Communicate progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Manage resource allocation across projects
• Ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in project/program management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience in cross-functional or global teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
