🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Establish and enhance project governance policies and frameworks
Manage and administer the project portfolio
Lead requirements gathering for backlog initiatives
Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with timelines and goals
Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of project managers
Deliver regular updates and reports to CIO and executive leadership
Independently manage multiple projects from initiation to completion

✅ Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT Project Management methodologies
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience with project governance and portfolio management
Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
