Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in 3P (Third-Party) integrations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives to lead cross-functional programs and drive strategic technology implementations. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale programs involving AI-driven solutions and third-party vendor ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for AI and third-party (3P) integrations

·        Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure successful program execution

·        Define program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables

·        Oversee AI solution development, implementation, and deployment

·        Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams

·        Track program performance, risks, and issues and ensure timely resolution

·        Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting

·        Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices

·        Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve business processes

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience in Program/Project Management

·        Hands-on experience managing 3P (third-party) integrations and vendor partnerships

·        Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven product initiatives

·        Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·        Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and system integrations
