Program Manager

We are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong Project Management and Agile delivery expertise to support ongoing initiatives. This role combines Program Management and Business Analysis responsibilities, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager and Business Analyst for multiple concurrent projects.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Plan, track, and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies (AI exposure is a plus).

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong Agile Project Management background.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and project tracking.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• MBA required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives or projects.
