Program Leader

We are seeking a senior Program Leader to drive large-scale IT Operations transformation initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and network environments. This role will lead end-to-end program execution, modernization efforts, and adoption of AI-driven operations (AIOps).

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
10+ years of Program Leadership in large-scale technology initiatives 
Strong experience in IT Operations (Cloud + Infrastructure) 
Hands-on exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) 
Experience with Observability & Monitoring tools (logs, metrics, tracing) 
Knowledge of Network & Network Operations 
Proven experience in IT Transformation / Modernization programs 
Exposure to AIOps / Automation / AI in IT Operations 
Strong Vendor / Managed Services experience (SLAs, transitions) 
Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills 

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT Operations transformation programs 
Drive cloud & infrastructure modernization initiatives 
Establish program governance, tracking, and reporting 
Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors 
Implement AIOps, automation, and intelligent monitoring solutions 
Ensure delivery aligned with reliability, scalability, and efficiency goals
