Production Support

🔍 Key Requirements:
8–10 years experience in BI / reporting support
Strong knowledge of:
Sales / channel performance metrics (B2B & B2C)
Data analysis & querying
Hands-on experience with BI tools:
Tableau / ThoughtSpot / Business Objects
Ability to:
Handle multiple requests across time zones
Translate technical insights into business language
Strong communication skills
