Product Specialist / Manager

• 8+ years’ experience with 5-6 years’ experience in Syndicated Loans, Agency Operations, or

Syndication Technology.

• Deep understanding of: 

o Loan origination & structuring

o Lender allocations & pricing

o Facility agent responsibilities

o Secondary trading & settlement

o Covenant and compliance tracking

Technology Skills

• Strong working knowledge of at least one major syndication platform: 

o Loan IQ (preferred)

o Allvue

o DealCloud

o DebtDomain / SyndTrak

o ClearPar

Strong hands-on skills in: 

o SQL (queries, data validation, reconciliations)

o Workflow design, system configuration

o API/data feed understanding

o Supporting UAT & release cycles

Business Analysis Competencies

• Strong experience writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and documenting complex processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional requirement sessions.

Data & Reporting

• Ability to understand loan data structures and map them between systems.

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or building analytical dashboards.

• Exposure to regulatory requirements (Basel/IFRS9) is a plus.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading team members.

Preferred/Good-to-Have

• Experience in system migration (e.g., implementing Loan IQ or Allvue).

• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs.

• Knowledge of product management frameworks (Agile/Scrum).

• Understanding of credit risk or portfolio management systems.
