We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the automotive/mobility domain to lead the development of innovative connected vehicle and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Work on automotive products such as:
Connected Vehicles
Infotainment Systems
EV Platforms
Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams
Convert business requirements into:
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Functional Specifications
Prioritize backlog based on business value and feasibility
Lead Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
Ensure timely delivery and continuous product improvement
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
Track product performance using KPIs & analytics tools
Stay updated with trends in:
EV
IoT
ADAS
Connected vehicle technologies
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / related field), MBA preferred
5+ years experience as Product Owner / Product Manager
Strong experience in automotive or mobility domain
Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience with tools:
JIRA
Confluence
Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of:
Connected vehicle platforms
Telematics systems
EV ecosystem
Automotive software lifecycle
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
Knowledge of:
AUTOSAR
CAN
Embedded systems
Exposure to AI/ML in automotive (predictive maintenance, driver assistance)
Certification: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
