Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead product strategy and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Agile teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for insurance-related applications and platforms
• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Drive product roadmap and release planning
• Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer needs
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide clarifications to the team
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner in P&C Insurance domain
• Deep understanding of insurance processes (policy, claims, underwriting)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong skills in backlog management and user story creation
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
