Product Manager

Must Have Skills

10+ years of progressive experience in product management or product leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations. Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap development for digital or technology enabled products.
Strong working knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, WSJF, and other value based decision models. Hands on experience building and managing product roadmaps using Aha and or similar product management tools.
Proven ability. 

Nice to have skills: 
Experience improving consumer, member, patient, or sales channel experiences through digital or AI enabled products. Background in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Experience driving product strategy in sales, distribution, or channel oriented environments.
