We are actively seeking a Product Manager with strong AI expertise to build innovative products from the ground up. If you are passionate, self‑driven, and have a true product builder mindset, this is your chance to shape the future of pharmacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI‑enabled pharmacy solutions.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
• Define requirements, user stories, and success metrics for AI‑driven features.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation → design → build → launch → scale.
• Incorporate AI capabilities such as automation, intelligent routing, data enrichment, analytics, and decision support.
• Collaborate across hybrid onsite/offshore teams to ensure successful execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years in product management, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML‑enabled products.
• Strong domain knowledge in pharmacy or healthcare technology.
• Proven experience building products from scratch and scaling them.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns, data pipelines, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Preferred

• Exposure to LLMs (Generative AI, NLP, Chatbots).
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments with strong data governance.
• Prior success in launching AI‑enabled pharmacy or healthcare products.
