Job Title: Product Manager – VP Level

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – VP Level with strong expertise in financial services, fintech, payments, and product management. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap planning, platform development, stakeholder management, and agile product delivery for large-scale payment and money movement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap, vision, and long-term strategy for payment and platform products

Lead end-to-end product development initiatives, including building scalable platforms from concept to launch

Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical documentation

Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Analytics, Risk, and Compliance teams

Manage product backlog creation, grooming, sprint planning, and agile delivery processes

Coordinate product launches, production support, issue resolution, and enhancement prioritization

Drive quarterly and yearly planning activities with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams

Communicate product strategy, delivery progress, and performance updates to executive stakeholders

Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement remediation plans when required

Ensure adherence to risk management, controls, compliance, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management within Financial Services or Fintech environments

Strong experience with online payments, money movement platforms, or payment processing systems

Proven experience working in large matrixed organizations and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups

Strong understanding of APIs, engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle

Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature prioritization

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with attention to execution details

Experience managing risk, controls, compliance, and governance initiatives

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Fintech or payment platform experience

Experience with digital payments, transaction processing, or banking platforms

Exposure to enterprise-scale platform modernization and product transformation initiatives
