Job Title:Product Manager
Location: Reston, VA

Qualifications
•Looking for a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years’ experience within the product management space, recent 5-7 years product management experience.
•The ideal resource will be someone from the health insurance industry or someone coming from one of the large tech firms. However, health insurance payer domain experience will be a very big plus.
•Must have AI experience, not just top-level AI knowledge. Must have hands on AI product management experience along with the technical knowledge.
•Must have solid end to end product development experience. Experience creating and leading product development.
•Must have experience developing product strategies, product roadmaps and performing market research.
•Must have a solid understanding of Product management principals and fundamentals.
•Good experience working closely and dealing with executive leadership.
•Must be a solid communicator and able to articulate ideas well.
•Experience driving change management within the organization. 
•Must have a SAFe Product management certifications.
•Must have google analytics experience, must know how to use and manage the data within GA.
