Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our product. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that solve real user problems.

This role requires someone who is user-focused, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Identify customer problems and business opportunities
• Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and business goals
• Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives

Product Execution

• Write clear product requirements and user stories
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases

Customer & Market Understanding

• Talk to customers, recruiters, job seekers, or end users regularly
• Gather feedback and convert insights into product improvements
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the product

Data & Metrics

• Define success metrics for features
• Track product performance and user engagement
• Use data to inform product decisions
• Run experiments and A/B testing where needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales and Marketing on product launches
• Partner with Customer Success to improve adoption
• Communicate product updates to stakeholders
• Align teams around product priorities

Requirements

Must Have

• 3–8 years of Product Management experience (flexible based on role)
• Experience working with engineering and design teams
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and roadmaps
