Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital experience, product strategy, or a related field.
• Expertise in B2C e-commerce and/or digital strategy including familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer behavior analysis.
• Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to author clear, compelling briefs and present complex findings to senior leadership with exceptional storytelling (Keynote/PowerPoint proficiency required).
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and related tools: Excel, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively problem-solve amidst ambiguity, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence and align teams across functions and levels; experience leading through influence without direct authority .
• Experience with project or program management and partnering cross functionally to execute from strategic inception to launch and maintenance.
