A senior techno-functional owner & manager who bridges Communications and IT, owns digital platforms end-to-end, reduces friction, and accelerates delivery.
Senior Techno-Functional Manager (Comms & Digital Platforms) This will role is a Technical manager who:
•       Own end-to-end delivery across Townhalls, Distribution, AEM, SharePoint, Workvivo, and AI tools
•       Translate business needs from Comms into clear technical execution
•       Test scenarios hands-on and fix issues with Infra and vendors
•       Reduce dependency on Comms for technical troubleshooting
•       Run in an agile, low-ceremony way
•       Bridge business needs and technical execution to drive AI adoption within communication platforms. Identify high-value use cases, align governance and security, and oversee delivery from discovery through deployment.
Core responsibilities (summarized)
•       Act as the single techno-functional owner for Comms platforms
•       Lead testing for townhalls, email distribution, and edge cases working closely with Infra team.
•       Own distribution list reliability and email failure resolution
•       Create and validate BU playbooks from a system perspective
•       Manage vendor onboarding and technical setup (AEM, search, AI) , specifically help with PRISM process review and approval for those applications that Comms team identify.
•       Drive AEM and Adobe platform enablement topics with Comms leadership
•       Evaluate and shape future SharePoint strategy for Communications team
•       Own Workvivo technical health and upstream integrations
•       Serve as system admin for routine issues to shield Comms
•       Handle new app intake: requirements + technical feasibility + PRISM approval
Ideal background
•  7–12+ years of enterprise IT or digital platform experience •  Proven ownership of enterprise communication platforms •  Strong experience with:
•       AEM / Adobe
•       SharePoint
•       Enterprise email/distribution systems
•       Townhall / broadcast platforms
•  Experience navigating Infrastructure and Security teams •  Vendor management experience •  Hands-on troubleshooting capability (not just documentation) •  Ability to operate in agile, low-ceremony environments
