Product Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a large-scale B2B digital portal built on SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP UI5. This role requires strong experience in enterprise architecture, B2B commerce, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B portal
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → optimization)
• Identify growth opportunities in digital commerce, self-service, and automation
• Prioritize features based on ROI, data insights, and business value
• Drive API-first and microservices-based product approach
• Collaborate with:
  • Business stakeholders
  • Engineering & architecture teams
  • External system integrators
• Translate business requirements into actionable product features
• Improve digital adoption for distributors, dealers, and enterprise users
• Ensure seamless UX and consistent design across platforms
• Use analytics and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Strong experience in B2B Product Management
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and/or SAP UI5
• Experience in enterprise architecture & large-scale integrations
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies (SAFe preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience

• 10+ years overall experience
• 5–8 years in Product Management (B2B portals)
• 3–5 years in SAP technologies (Hybris / UI5)
